Mood in Kleefstra Syndrome

 

Research suggests that mood swings can be present in individuals with Kleefstra Syndrome.  These often become more frequent during puberty.

There is also some evidence that mood, interest and pleasure may decrease with age in Kleefstra syndrome; however, this is based on a very small number of individuals and these findings are yet to be published in a scientific journal.
