Hannah is 13 years old and has Cri du Chat syndrome

Her favourite colour is pink

Her favourite animals are dogs and she has a pet dog called Luna

She enjoys playing on the iPad, and also with her torch

She laughs when people sneeze and with her friends

Her family’s proudest moment was when Hannah won an award at school
